Round basket with open-work edge in mirror polished stainless steel, a design based on the iconic Girotondo figure by King Kong design team for Alessi.

The cartoon man created by the King-Kong team is a symbol and iconic figure based on the use of "affective codes", so much so that it is are one of its most often-cited design references.

The "standing men" have appeared on objects from the farthest corners of Alessi tradition, like trays and baskets, and then they multiplied, invaded and conquered other groups of objects and not just in the kitchen and at the table.
