Cancellation Right

Our returns policy is really simple. When you receive a product, you must inspect it as soon as possible following receipt and always before use, you can return products for whatever reason.

You have the right to change your mind.

We've all done it, ordered something, only to realize later that we don’t need it. The customer has the right to return products purchased on within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. The following conditions apply.

  • You have to contact us to initiate the return process within 14 calendar days starting on the day on which the goods are received.
  • You can initiate a return process by sending us an email at or by submitting an RMA request through your customer account control panel.
  • You have to return the merchandise in its original condition, including all attached tags, spare parts, accessories and packaging.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to send the item(s) safely back to us. Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when you send a return to us. Also please insure the parcel for loss or damage. We will not be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
  • We are unable to accept the return of products that come in sealed packaging unless they are returned unopened. Do not remove the seal until you have decided that you want to keep the item.
  • Refunds will be issued for properly returned items. may refuse a refund to the customer in case of damaged products or goods which have been used and sent without applying reasonable care. If a return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to the customer at his own expense.
  • We cannot offer a refund for items that are available “upon request”.  If you are ordering a product that we don’t keep in stock we can only replace it in case of defects with an identical product.


Wrong item

We apologize if you have received the wrong item by mistake. This is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. If such an event occurred we will pay for the return postage fees and will provide the option to send you the correct product or issue a refund.


Damaged or faulty items

Please accept our apologies if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.

If you believe that the item is faulty, please contact us. You will need to tell us exactly what the fault is as soon as possible after discovering it. We will replace it with an identical product free of shipping charge.

We inspect all shipments prior to dispatching them, in order to verify their integrity. If your product is not defective, but was rather damaged/broken during transport, this is our responsibility and we will replace it for you at no additional cost.

We strongly advise you to inspect products immediately upon delivery. You have to inform us about products damaged/broken during transport within 2 calendar days of receiving the parcel. After that period we cannot accept claims for products damaged/broken during transport, as the product is the customer’s property and its proper use and/or installation is his responsibility.


Refund times

We normally process returns within 3 business days of arriving at our premises. However, please allow up to 7 business days during peak times. Once your return has been accepted you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Credit Card Refunds: Credit Card companies vary in the time they take to restore the credit back to your account. It could take up to 7 business days to receive back your funds from the day you received the refund confirmation e-mail.

PayPal Refunds: Your refund will be visible in your account within 48 hours of receiving the refund confirmation e-mail. To transfer funds to a separate account, please contact PayPal directly.

Bank Transfer Refunds: Banks vary in the time they take to move funds from country to country. It could take up to 7 business days to receive back your funds from the day you received the refund confirmation e-mail.


Do you want to keep your order after completing a return form?

There is no need to contact us back. If we don’t receive the product back in 21 days we will cancel the return process automatically.
