Valentino Marengo

Valentino Marengo was born in Torino and graduated from the School of Fine Arts of Torino before getting a Masters Degree in Product Design at the Domus Academy in Milan. 

He has worked as product designer for the Italian design firm Pininfarina Extra for which he has designed, among other products, the Olympic torch for the Winter Olympic Games of Torino 2006.

Recently he cooperated with the Italian furniture company Riva 1920 for which he has designed the urban bench Landmark. Some of these benches have been installed at the Lido di Jesolo of Venice, Italy.

In Greece he cooperates as stage designer with the National Theater of Athens and the National Theater of Northern Greece, but also as designer and producer of art objects for the art shop of The Benaki Museum. As graphic designer he has designed the new logo for the Greek National Opera. Valentino Marengo is the designer of the first model in the range of Klox wall clocks.
