Description
This geometric centrepiece in black by Alessi is part of “La Stanza dello Scirocco” range of items, suitable for decorating different rooms, such as the kitchen and the living room.
The inspiration of their design was born out of the abstract and motionless atmosphere of a magic place: A room in large Sicilian country homes where one is forced to seek shelter from the sultriness while waiting for the sirocco to die down.
This shelter is a room without windows in which you can do nothing but ponder the wind that is undoing all sublunary things outside. The upshot is a collection of geometrically irregular items made up of small splinters of various sizes, interlaced in an unstable balance.
A magical décor item with a rustic sensation that will stand out in any modern interior.
