Vortex by Sonya Winner Studio is a contemporary area rug created from a cluster of dynamic triangular forms held together by a central nucleus.
It is a strikingly geometric rug. Its triangles increasingly overlap towards the center of the piece and fragment to create smaller and smaller secondary triangles. This contemporary rug design highlights angular interlocking forms of pink, orange, red, blue and yellow colliding to create subtle and seemingly transparent shapes.
Vortex Rug is hand tufted in pure New Zealand wool by Good Weave artisan weavers and is composed of twenty eight hand dyed colors and six different pile heights. This model can be displayed as a floor rug or as a wall hanging bringing a playful yet elegant sense at your space decoration. Vortex Rug will bring transparency, luminosity and light as living room rug, kitchen rug, dining room rug or bedroom rug.
