Luigi Trenti

Luigi Trenti is an architect that has graduated in Industrial Design in Florence who works as a designer in various sectors including furniture.

He is well recognized and has received a number of design awards including the Compasso d’ Oro (1998) which he received while he was chief designer for Targetti Sankey.

He has also won the Intel Award Young & Design Prize, Yatao Award (Canton) and I.D. Award (New York), Grandesign, Green Dot Awards (Los Angeles). President and Coordinator of the Territorial Observatory for Design in Toscany he also teaches Product Design at the ISIA in Florence.
