Bartoli Design

Bartoli Design is a team comprised of Carlo, Paolo and Anna Bartoli, that continue a family tradition that begun from Carlo Bartoli in 1960.

The Bartoli studio’s philosophy is based on the essentiality and balance. Bartoli Design studio’s work involves all levels and stages of the design process from the initial concept to the communication strategies to support their products.

In 2008 Bartoli Design studio received the XXI Compasso d’Oro ADI award for their R606Uno chair that was co-designed with Fauciglietti Engineering. They have also received the IF Award for Good Industrial Design, the Red Dot Award, appeared in a post stamp series dedicated to “Italian Design for the New Domestic Landscape”, and exhibit their work world widely to various design museums including the Triennale Design Museum (Milan), the Victoria & Albert Museum (London), the Stadt Museum (Cologne) and more. One of their works is also a part of the permanent MoMA collection in New York and the Triennale Museum.
